Shipping Policies

  • All shipping costs include a "handling" fee which covers the cost of packaging and travel to and from the post office. If you see the shipping cost displayed on your label is $1-2 dollars cheaper than the shipping cost you paid, that is why. Any overages that exceed the cost of postage + the $1-2 handling fee will be refunded. 
  • My shipping days are: Monday, Wednesday, & Friday. Orders placed after 4pm on a shipping day will ship on the FOLLOWING shipping day! IE: Orders placed at 6pm on a Friday will ship on Monday! Thank you <3
  • *All "Handmade To Order" items have a 2-week processing time. Every new order is placed at the back of the queue to keep things fair for every customer. If you need an item by a specific date, please let me know BEFORE you order. If I am really drowning in orders you will have to purchase the Priority Mail Express + Rush shipping option in order for me to push your item to the front of the queue. I will not always offer a Rush option either.
  • GIFTS: If your item is a gift going directly to the recipient I can exclude the receipt from the parcel for you and include a short handwritten note for the recipient. Please keep it to a maximum of like 12 words.
  • I ship all packages via USPS to ensure that you get the lowest price possible on shipping. Most clothing items will be shipped priority mail which includes tracking and insurance. Jewelry items under $50 in value will be shipped first class mail, unless a shipping upgrade is requested by the customer. 
  • Please allow 3-4 days for domestic shipping, and up to 40 days for International.This is the time from the moment I drop the package off at the Post Office to it being delivered to your address. I am not able to file insurance or missing mail claims until 40 days have passed, and therefore there is nothing I can really do beforehand if it hasn't arrived yet.
  • ***INTERNATIONAL ORDERS may be subject to customs fees. This is a tax imposed by the destination (your) country, and it is not my responsibility to pay them! If you have any questions about customs in your country, please contact your local post office or customs authority! Shipping charges for the original shipment on items that are returned to me because the customer refuses to pay customs will not be refunded. I will not fraudulently fill out my customs forms either because it is ILLEGAL and punishable by hefty fees and JAIL TIME.***
